The Expanded Metal Company and German sister company Sorst have teamed up to offer a wider range of products to the filtration industry.

Previously each company had it's own product offer and serviced it's own markets. Now, a team has been created to ensure customers can get the most from expanded metal, by offering a greater range of products. Fine meshes manufactured in Germany are now readily available across Europe and finished filter panels and components made in the UK can be sent easily to mainland Europe.

Expanded metal lends itself perfectly to filtration applications; strengthening, shaping or acting as filter media in it's own right. Additionally, The Expanded Metal Company take expanded metal and turn into finished filter products, such as dust and grease filters, tubes and cones.

Both companies recently showcased their range at the WFC10 (World Filtration Congress) Fair in Leipzig, Germany. Over 200 delegates attended the event, many being impressed by the range of meshes available, coupled with the materials environmental credentials and competitive pricing structure.
