We've been together now for forty years
And it don't seem a day - much less!
There ain't a gaffer living in the land
As we'd swop for our "Dear H.S."
To see and hear the remarkably fit and exceptionally capable Mr Harry Salmon of nowadays, it is difficult to believe that has completed even the fortieth year of his life, let alone his fourth decade in the service of the Company.
And has he expanded with the Company? Listen! His dimension longway is of mesh 6' 3 1/2", and he carries a superload of 282 lbs. on two square feet.
All those directly concerned with the Company, from the Chairman downwards, grasped eagerly the opportunity afforded them to commemorate the unprecedented event by subscribing towards a suitable gift to mark the occasion.
