Double Gate
Description
Expamet Security Products double gates are manufactured to the highest specification for added security while still complementing the range of Expamet Security Products fencing systems. Gates are manufactured from rolled hollow section steel with expanded metal mesh infill welded into position.
All gates incorporate a sliding latch or hasp and drop bolt fixing.
Gates construction will alter depending on size of leaf required to span opening.

Assembly Details

Vertical & horizontal members welded together forming a recess at front of gate to take mesh panel. The mesh panel is welded into recess before galvanising.

The gate leaf to include the following number of hinges.
Up to 4 metre wide – 2 no. hinge assemblies
Up to 4 metre+ - 3 no. hinge assemblies

Soil plate welded to bottom of post

Anti-lifting angle and tamper proof fixing consists of 50 x 5mm flat bar welded between hinges as an anti scaling device.

Extension to gates can be accommodated with toppings such as barbed wire, razor wire, anti vandal scaling barrier and raptor.

Powder coating is also available to BS649 with a range of colours.

All gates are hot dipped galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:1999
