Garden Panels
Description
The Expamet Security Products garden panel system is easy to install and ensures secure and virtual maintenance free fencing, especially on housing refurbishing projects. Panels are manufactured from expanded mesh welded into a frame to form a modular panel. Each panel is a fully welded unit with the legs concreted in place, no part of the fence can be readily removed. This avoids any possibility of an eyesore being created, as is so often the case with more traditional fencing materials. This system is available in various heights to suit special requirements.

Materials

4095 or MINAR 1 mesh which is a more decorative shape.

Panel sides and bottom cross members are RHS box section 50 x 30 construction.

Top member construction ‘U’ channel, size 38.10 x 2.95mm. This section covers exposed mesh which is then welded to form a safe smooth finish to top of fence panel.

All materials are hot dipped galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:1999

Assembly Details

Panels are normally 2.4 metres wide, each panel has sides which extend to form legs to allow for setting into concrete. Panels are pre-drilled to allow for ease of installation (undulating ground can be overcome by stepping panels), and can be pre-drilled to allow agreed stepping tolerance.

Polyester powder coating is also available with a wide range of colours to BS6497.

Special size panels can also be manufactured to any requirements.
