Super Security Fencing
Description
Super Security offers the highest level of perimeter protection currently available for maximum deterrence and very good visibility performance by use of 7732 mesh. The parallel mesh makes it very difficult to cut with hand tools, whilst at the same time offers excellent through vision. The system is ideal to use with C.C.T.V or electrical barrier security systems.
The Super Security product has been involved in a series of tests by Government testing bodies. A series of evaluations were carried out to test the strength, anti climb properties and hosting properties of electronic security equipment. The system performed well in all categories and exceeded the requirements of ‘Class 4’ status, the highest category for security fencing set by Government agencies.

Materials

Expamet 7732 mesh galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:1999

RHS posts are available with this system and a range of heights are available. Non standard heights can be accommodated on request.

Security steel cover strip to be fixed to post with overlap of mesh at posts. Ensure sheet faces are matched the same way (and face sloped down strands are the same).

Cover strip is pre-drilled at 240mm centres requiring M8 x 35 cup square bolts.

Assembly Details

Post centres determined at intervals of 2.4 centres ensuring front face of RHS posts are the same.

Posts are set in concrete block foundations to comply with recommended fencing specifications BS1722 part 14.

For example – installation of a 3m high fence can be achieved by setting posts into concrete foundations (600mm square). And 900mm deep.

Additional security can be achieved by burying mesh into the ground.

Ground conditions can be determined by referring to supplier manual.

Powder coatings are also available to BS6497. The range covers any of the RAL colour specification in accordance with INTERPON D25/D525.

A range of security toppings are available for this system these are:
Cranked head extensions to accommodate strands of barbed or razor wire.

Coiled barbed wire and razor wire can also be used, a range of diameters of coils are also available.

Anti-vandal scaling barrier can be accommodated (see anti vandal specification)

Anti-vandal fittings can be supplied for all fencing systems.
