The Value Added Department manufacture expanded metal mesh components in addition to solid pressed parts, consisting of a range of pierced and solid channel section, U-frame, filter panels, solid metal pressed parts, shaped and welded expanded mesh components, filtration tubes, aluminium foil, a range of high quality grilles and vents for sports cars, fabricated parts, and a host of new products in development.
Our aim is to build improved relationships with our customers to help reduce costs, save time and increase efficiency. We offer a personal service, working together with customers to develop and improve products and components to meet specific and bespoke requirements, whether high volume production or small specialist batch quantities.
We have established a skilled prototype and development department, who are involved in new product development for a range of products including; domestic gadgets, hoarding support systems, filtration components and car accessories consisting of a series of branded sports grilles in addition to specialist oil filtration components.
Recent investment in new machinery has given us additional capacity to manufacture an increased range of solid metal pressed parts. Responsiveness and the creation of new parts and mesh patterns is supported by our in-house tooling department. Our suppliers now include fixings and coatings companies which enables us to offer additional processing to our customers and supply a broader range of high quality finished products.
